Aleono Taper Threaded Coupler is a kind of mechanical joint with internal tapered thread, which can withstand the axial force and horizontal force at the same time. It is used for rebar mechanical splicing in the concrete structure. It can connect re-bars of same or different diameters laterally, vertically and slantingly. It is broadly applied to the Tunnel, Tower, Bridge, Subway, Airport, Nuclear Power Station, High Rise Building and more. Standard Taper Threaded Coupler is designed to splice two taper threaded reinforcing bars with the same diameter, and at least one rebar is not limited to the rotation and axial movement. It has two right-handed female taper threads.

It is mostly adopted under Base Slab and middle section of R.C. Column.

First of all, you should process taper thread on the rebar end with Rebar Taper Threading Machine. Ensure the taper threaded sector with right-handed thread and the same diameter.
