One of our partner factory Tianzhan Steel Tube Co., Ltd is both the raw material and rebar couplers manufacturer, so they can ensure the quality and cost of the rebar coupler raw materials. Because of the advantage of raw material manufacturer, they can design other uses rebar couplers according to the rebar property and application environment with competitive price, like the high strength rebar coupler for the high strength reinforcing bars; the anti-corrosion rebar coupler for the acid environment; high/low temperature resistant rebar coupler for extreme hot/cold environment. Tianzhan is one of the writers of the newest Chinese standard: Couplers for Rebar Mechanical Splicing (standard NO. JG/T 163-2013).
Another of our cooperated factory Dingrui Reinforcing Project Co., Ltd, founded in 2003, is a professional manufacturer of steel mechanical splicing & processing equipment, with a total area of 36,000㎡, construction area of 28,000㎡, existing staff 300 people and over 50 technicians. Dingrui has already awarded “Member Unit” by CCMA(China Construction Machinery Association) and it has passed the certification of the ISO9001 international quality management system.
The first work of our factories is the quality, go in for a stable quality guarantee. Based on which, our factories take the measure to seek for higher efficiency to reduce the cost. By which help, together with our own LAB, we can make batch test 100% for all the products to ensure all the goods meeting Customers’ Requirements.
