Rebar Parallel Thread Rolling Machine
Machine Function:
AEONO REBAR PARALLEL THREAD ROLLING MACHINE is mainly applied for machining construction engineering rolling straight thread ends with ribs. As the key equipment to realize rebar connection, it can machine φ16-φ40mm HRB335-500 ribbed rebar.

Based on guaranteeing the performance of rebar connection, the tension area and tensile strength of the rolled rebar end increases by 2.5% and 6% than that of base material, thus making the tension resistance strength of the rolled rebar end higher than the practical limit strength of the base material;
◆ Adopting unique spiral angle lifting technology, convenient and rapid for thread tightening, improving working efficiency;
◆ Four rolling thread wheel large angle design, the teeth of the machined thread are rich and smooth, higher concentricity;
◆ Three points in one line, high concentricity, high stability;
◆ Rebar realizes easy feeding, automatic return after thread rolling of the machine tools, daily production of 600-900 pieces of thread heads every day;
